Update on Obama Eligibility Case - Florida Judge Terry Lewis Dismisses Case With Prejudice

In a July 2, 2012 WND exclusive by Drew Zahn, titled Judge Issues Ruling in Obama-Eligibility Case, Florida Circuit Judge Terry Lewis dismissed the case Broward County voter Michael Voeltz and attorney Larry Klayman are pursuing. The dismissal, though momentarily disappointing to patriots, is not surprising, given the unparalleled depth and breadth of Obama's corruption.

The silver lining is that the swift and unwarranted dismissal of this case should facilitate an appeal. Klayman explains that there are many holes in the decision to dismiss this case, and that the dismissal is intellectually dishonest. Read the full report here.

This news could be a harbinger of victory for all true Americans.
