Sharia Law Creeps Into American Courts and Children Suffer

We hear about a mere fraction of the abuse occurring in homes across America. For every case that comes forward, there are hundreds more that escape public scrutiny and legal justice.

Abuses occur under the guise of every religion and belief system. However, one religion in particular appears to be let off the hook way to easily when evidence of abuse surfaces. I don't have to tell you which religion that is, but I'll give you a hint anyway. It's the one creeping into our legal system, our education system, and our federal government, abusing our first amendment rights and wrapping itself in the cozy blanket of our obsession with political correctness.

We should not be surprised. Wherever Christianity is systematically removed, something else will fill the resulting void. Don't even try to pretend this has nothing to do with the consequences of our past two presidential elections.

The following article by John DeMayo, November 14, 2012 in the Last Resistance, titled Islamic Child Abuse gets you Probation in Arizona, is just one example.

Apparently torturing your offspring is no longer a violent offense in Phoenix, Arizona. Last week an Arizona Superior Court Judge awarded (and I mean awarded) probation to a Muslim family who admitted to kidnapping, beating and trying to kill their nineteen-year-old daughter. Islamists rejoice! “Honor violence” is now officially sanctioned as part of the American culture.

According to Maricopa County Prosecutors, in February 2012, Aiya Altameemi, a nineteen-year-old Muslim female was beaten, tied to her bed, burned with a hot spoon, stabbed in the neck and locked in her room by her family for her unwillingness to accept an arranged marriage to a 38-year-old Muslim man and speaking to a male classmate in public.

As is reported, Miss Altameemi injuries required medical attention and she was taken to a local hospital by her mother for treatment. The hospital staff became suspicious of the injuries (especially the 1 ½ inch stab wound to Aiya’s neck) and began asking the nineteen-year-old questions about her wounds. During her questioning Aiya explained that her family became angry with her for talking to a boy at school. Apparently in Aiya’s family, it wasn’t appropriate for a young Muslim virgin to be seen talking with a High School boys. Later the victim identified her mother, father and sister (as her attackers) and police were notified and arrests were made.

Last week, during a sentencing hearing Aiya’s father admitted to attempting to kill his daughter by cutting her neck. Mohammed Altameemi, 46, received two years’ probation for disorderly conduct. Altameeni’s wife, Yursah Farhan, 51, was sentenced to two years’ probation for unlawful imprisonment of her daughter and the victim’s sister Tabarack Altameemi , 18, pled guilty to assault and received two years’ probation (she broke a glass over her sister head during the attack).

Some reports suggest that the victim has recanted her story. Heck, if I was Aiya, I might have a little victim’s remorse too if I knew that I had to eventually go home to a family that might slit my throat while I slept. Wouldn’t you? Advocates for the Altameemi Family are now blaming overzealous prosecutors and law enforcement for an innocent domestic situation being blown out of proportion.

Where are Family and Protective Services when you need them? Where are the loud and proud feminist voices of MSNBC? Why aren’t sexual rights advocates and the National Organization for Woman protesting outside this Arizona Courthouse?

I have written a number of articles suggesting that “Sharia law” is creeping into every area of our society. Last week’s ruling by a left wing Democrat, Judge Joseph Kreamer (a 2007 Janet Napolitano appointee) further emphasizes the growing threat of Islamic (Sharia) law and its influence in U.S. Courts. Readers may want to ask themselves how U.S. criminal courts (and liberal media) would have treated this crime if the victim were a homosexual son of a Christian family. Or better yet, what would the charges have been if the victim was the young boy Aiya was seen innocently talking too after school? This is not Kabul or Tehran; this is the United States of America. First Amendment rights have never provided for the freedom to brutalize another citizen over perceived religious transgressions. Constitutional freedoms definitely don’t provide you with the religious freedom to attempt to murder someone who offends you. Or do they? Personally, I’m wondering if Aiya’s family may have been guilty of a federal hate crime or civil rights violation and walked away with probation. What say you Mr. Holder?

Perhaps we should consider using a new litmus test before we decide to appoint (or for that matter elect) our judiciary. Along with a respect for the unborn, it might be prudent to ask a prospective Judge their views on Islamic law and its relevance to Judeo Christian legal philosophy in American courts; after all we may see more than one Sharia sensitive judge appointed to our Supreme Court in the next four years.

Public education, banking, civil and criminal legal precedent, and U.S. governing agendas are being shaped by agents of Islam every day in America. If you think liberalism is destructive, wait until you find yourself in Aiya’s predicament. Last week in Arizona a frightening message was sent loud and clear by a liberal Superior Court Judge named Joseph Kreamer. Holding a knife to your child’s neck and beating her into submission is no longer attempted murder and felony assault if you follow the teachings of Mohammed and Islam. Heck it’s not even domestic violence.

Insightful view of the tragic 2012 presidential election and the building up of the political kingdom of God

I cannot take credit for composing this beautiful and thoughtful observation, but I am happy to re-post it here for everyone to ponder. It was forwarded to me via email from a Church friend. It echoes many of my own thoughts and teaches me things I had not considered. It offers what I consider to be an inspired perspective on how the tragic 2012 election fits into the near term growth of the Church and the long term building up of the political kingdom of God. I am happy to learn I am not alone in my thinking. This is the entire message I received. I took the liberty of adding hyperlinks where appropriate:

It is Election Night 2012, and I'm sitting here at my computer listening to Governor Romney's concession speech, trying to come to grips with his defeat - our defeat. And into my mind comes three interesting thoughts. The first comes with a scripture:

"Behold, I will hasten my work in its time." (D&C 88:73)

If the Lord's "work" is to "bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man" (Moses 1:39), and if that process begins by hearing about the Church and seeing its members, then the sooner and the faster the greatest number of people can see and hear about the Latter-day Saints - especially about exemplary Saints like the Romneys - the more the work is hastened. And though the Church has 55,000+ missionaries who are quietly and patiently roaming the world knocking on doors, the Lord has brought the LDS Governor and his LDS family into the very homes of millions of people around the U.S. and the world via TV, radio, and Internet for more than a year now- people who might never have received or accepted the missionaries or LDS neighbors, let alone have learned about the LDS way of life. But now they have listened, watched, and learned, and many of them will likely be more curious and receptive to the missionaries in the future. And that also goes for many of the Evangelicals, Protestants, and Catholics who locked arms with the Latter-Day Saints (thanks to Glenn Beck) during this long presidential campaign. Bottom line: the Romneys lost a hard-fought political battle, but they - and the Church - won a decisive, long-awaited cultural and spiritual victory in opening the minds and hearts of millions.

Another post-election thought: "Be careful what you pray for."

Had Romney won, it is highly doubtful that he and his team would have been able to rescue the nation's wounded economy from the purposeful destruction that Obama has intentionally inflicted upon it, Obama having done so in order to "fundamentally transform" our free enterprise system into a Socialist state. Had Romney won, the only possible way to have saved the nation and its economy would have been to make deep cuts in the welfare and entitlement programs - cuts that would have been branded "murderous, discriminatory and racist" at every turn by the Liberal mainstream media. And the ever-increasing drumbeat of these accusations over the next four years would have given license to thousands - perhaps millions - of malcontents to take to the streets in "civil unrest" (aka anarchy). As such, Romney's never-ending vilification in print and in the electronic media would have soon painted him - and his fellow Mormons - as the enemies of America, with all the resulting antagonism, stress, and persecution of the Church, both at home and abroad. As is, over the next four years, right-wing zealots - not Christian Conservatives - will likely become increasingly resistant, confrontational, and possibly violent in response to the creeping Socialism. Thus, "social unrest" may begin at the other end of the political spectrum, likely precipitating equally violent responses from the pro-Socialist masses.

And this foregoing scenario brings me to the third and final thought tonight, one which also was accompanied by the written word, this time in the form of a powerful metaphor by Hugh Nibley. I close with it:

“On the last night of a play, the whole cast and stage crew stay in the theater until the small, or not so small, hours of the morning striking the old set. If there is to be a new opening soon, as the economy of the theater requires, it is important that the new set should be in place and ready for the opening night; all the while the old set was finishing its usefulness and then being taken down, the new set was rising in splendor to be ready for the drama that would immediately follow. So it is with this world. It is not our business to tear down the old set - the agencies that do that are already hard at work and very efficient - the set is coming down all around us with spectacular effect. Our business is to see to it that the new set is well on the way for what is to come - and that means a different kind of politics, beyond the scope of the tragedy that is now playing its closing night. We are preparing for the establishment of Zion.”

Nibley, Hugh. Nibley on the Timely and the Timeless: Classic Essays of Hugh W. Nibley, Provo, Utah: Brigham Young University Religious Studies Center, 1978, p. 302.

A closer look at the ultimate preppers guide - Stand in holy places and live faithfully to God

Free Constitution courses offered online by Hillsdale College

Joel Skousen makes many excellent points in his work, titled Strategic Relocation. While we should give it serious consideration, let us not forget the single most important anchor of any real preparedness plan - God. We are so quick to get wrapped up in the myriad of possible disaster scenarios and their associated political factors that we forget to turn to God and live faithfully in God's truths.

I was reminded of the following facts, each of which holds much more sway in personal and family safety than anything man can do alone. No one is saying we should ignore Skousen. Just saying we should heed God more than man.

The author of the following wishes to remain anonymous, but what follows is of far greater value than anything secular pundits have contributed to the topic of preparedness.

"I watched Skousen’s analysis of the global conspiracy. It’s very detailed and interesting. But some things struck me as I watched.

He said he’d been 'in the business for 40 years' and 'read my advanced briefing'... Clearly, he is selling his product to the world. That’s OK on one hand, but not OK on the other hand.

Skousen sells all of his warnings and persuasions to prepare; they are free from the scriptures and the prophets, and the Holy Ghost.

Skousen suggests we 'relocate' for safety; but the Lord advises us to 'stand in holy places.' (D&C 45:32; D&C 87:8; D&C 101:22); and that He will warn us when to flee (2 Nephi 1:3; 2 Nephi 5:5; Omni 1:12-13).

When we obey the Lord, we are assured of his help through the power of his name. For example, 'Wherefore, we search the prophets, and we have many revelations and the spirit of prophecy; and having all these witnesses we obtain a hope, and our faith becometh unshaken, insomuch that we truly can command in the name of Jesus and the very trees obey us, or the mountains, or the waves of the sea.' - Jacob 4:6

We still need to prepare ourselves with weapons as did the Nephites who were told, 'And again, the Lord has said that: Ye shall defend your families even unto bloodshed. Therefore for this cause were the Nephites contending with the Lamanites, to defend themselves, and their families, and their lands, their country, and their rights, and their religion.' - Alma 43:47

Shedding the blood of the wicked, when they will not repent and when they make it necessary, will redeem, will get back our land. That is a hard thing; they need not perish if they would repent.

Skousen worries people about food storage and food protection. If people obey the Lord and do the best they can with their preparations regarding food storage, we can share freely and compassionately with those in need and not want for ourselves.

There are examples in the scriptures, and even in modern history, where the power of the priesthood has extended oil and flour, and bread and fish (1 Kings 17:14,16).

'And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals. But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat. And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes. He said, Bring them hither to me. And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full. And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.' - Matthew 14:15-21

The technology of miracles is greater than the miracles of technology. Though I do not understand all things, I will rather place my trust and confidence in the Lord who has created all things and who knows all things.

Finally, I offer this quote from Harold B. Lee, regarding The Sure Word of Prophecy:

'One more matter: There are among us many loose writings predicting the calamities which are about to overtake us. Some of these have been publicized as though they were necessary to wake up the world to the horrors about to overtake us. Many of these are from sources upon which there cannot be unquestioned reliance.

Are you priesthood bearers aware of the fact that we need no such publications to be forewarned, if we were only conversant with what the scriptures have already spoken to us in plainness?

Let me give you the sure word of prophecy on which you should rely for your guide instead of these strange sources which may have great political implications.

Read the 24th chapter of Matthew — particularly that inspired version as contained in the Pearl of Great Price. [Joseph Smith—Matthew; JS-M 1:24-25]

Then read the 45th section of the Doctrine and Covenants where the Lord, not man, has documented the signs of the times. [D&C 45]

Now turn to section 101 and section 133 of the Doctrine and Covenants and hear the step-by-step recounting of events leading up to the coming of the Savior. [D&C 101; D&C 133]

Finally, turn to the promises the Lord makes to those who keep the commandments when these judgments descend upon the wicked, as set forth in the Doctrine and Covenants, section 38. [D&C 38]

Brethren, these are some of the writings with which you should concern yourselves, rather than commentaries that may come from those whose information may not be the most reliable and whose motives may be subject to question. And may I say, parenthetically, most of such writers are not handicapped by having any authentic information on their writings.' - Harold B. Lee, Conference Report, Oct. 1972, p. 128; Admonitions for the Priesthood of God, Harold B. Lee, Ensign, Jan. 1973, p. 106.

I do not condemn Skousen for his effort; he will undoubtedly contribute to the saving of many lives; but he is also contributing to the frantic and hasty actions which lead to the consternation, frustration, and confusion of many souls who might better be persuaded to listen to the prophet’s voice, and to the voice of the Spirit, and to the Spirit which accompanies the scriptures.

People can get caught up in conspiratorial details men and Satan plot and forget that the Lord is wiser than they all.

This is all an adventure we can face with good cheer. The Lord has overcome the world and his hand still guides. People will flock to the pockets of righteousness for safety and protection, where we stand in holy places, and as we uphold the Constitution all over the land.

Ezra Taft Benson repeatedly issued prophetic warnings against Socialism and Communism in America

obama communism coming soon to a country near you photo obamacommunismcomingsoontoacountrynearyou580x870_zps55444131.jpg

"We engage in the election the same as in any other principle: you are to vote for good men, and if you do not do this it is a sin: to vote for wicked men. it would be sin. Choose the good and refuse the evil. Men of false principles have preyed upon us like wolves upon helpless lambs. Damn the rod of tyranny; curse it. Let every man use his liberties according to the Constitution. Don't fear man or devil; electioneer with all people, male and female, and exhort them to do the thing that is right. We want a President of the U. S., not a party President, but a President of the whole people; for a party President disfranchises the opposite party. Have a President who will maintain every man in his rights."

- Hyrum Smith, April 8, 1844, General Conference Report, History of the Church, Volume 6, Chapter 15, page 323.

Sear the above quote squarely into the forefront of your mind, and then watch, not just read, but watch and listen to Ezra Taft Benson speaking as an Apostle of Jesus Christ during the April, 1972 General Conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Benson delivers a stirring address titled Civic Standards for the Faithful Saints. One highlight is transcribed below. I urge you with all the energy of my soul, praying for the power of God unto the convincing of men, that you ponder these things and realign your views and your allegiances accordingly.

"The position of this Church on the subject of communism has never changed. We consider it the greatest Satanical threat to the peace, prosperity, and spread of God's word among man, that exists on the face of the earth.

Fortunately, we have materials to help us face this threat, such as:

President [David O.] McKay's booklet of Statements on Communism and the Constitution of the United States [1964],

Cleon Skousen's book, The Naked Communist [1958], which we were advised to read.

Some other fine books by LDS authors attempting to awaken and inform us of our duty are such as:

Prophets, Principles and National Survival [by Jerreld L. Newquist, 1964],

Many Are Called But Few Are Chosen [by H. Verlan Andersen, 1968], and

The Elders of Israel and the Constitution [by Jerome Horowitz, 1970].

But the greatest handbook for freedom in this fight against communism and other evils is The Book of Mormon.

There is no conspiracy theory in the Book of Mormon. It is a conspiracy fact. And along this line, I would highly recommend to you a new book entitled None Dare Call It Conspiracy, by Gary Allen, [1971]."

The Ultimate Preppers Guide - Strategic Relocation Presented by Alex Jones and Joel Skousen

Strategic Relocation is a book written by Joel M. Skousen, a nephew of W. Cleon Skousen. Joel Skousen discusses personal and family security based on geographical location. This is something many preppers do not consider when planning for self sufficiency and survival.

This Alex Jones interview with Joel Skousen is something everyone should watch and discuss with friends and family, particularly in the wake of the re-election of Barack Hussein Obama.

America Once Had Balls That Clanked

Anti Obama Bumper Sticker America Once Had Balls That Clanked

Calling all Americans. Come together in the fight for truth and liberty.

Get your copy of the very first Anti-Obama bumper sticker released from the all new Lavanimal 2012 Post-Election Collection. Own it now. Display it with resolve to resurrect America in the wake of the November 6, 2012 travesty and tragedy.

Also, I just thought I should mention that apparently, the Follansbee, West Virginia McDonald's flying the American flag upside down at half mast, a combined symbol of duress and national tragedy, was an accident involving a cable that conveniently broke on November 7, 2012, the day after the 2012 presidential election. Let's take the hint. Every flag in America should be deliberately flown this way for the next four years.

Armageddon just got four years closer in one day. And we still think time travel is impossible.

The following is an email exchange I had with a close family member who I feel would prefer to remain anonymous. His theories are insightful, and I feel impressed to share them here, along with my two cents worth.

Initial message to me:

What a sad day for America!

But, the Lord is in control of human affairs.

The division between right and wrong, good and evil, will widen. The Church will be cleansed.

I foresee within the next 4 years the detonation of a nuclear bomb within the borders of the 48 mainland states. The wicked have become more numerous than the righteous. We can expect the rapid development of very hard times, continued lies, oppression, and tyranny.

But, the righteous will be preserved even if it so be by fire.

Be of good cheer, Zion will not fail!

My response:

It is a sad day, but an eye-opening day as well, and we know the wicked are now left without excuse. The Lord can begin the cleansing in earnest.

In 2008, it could be argued that we had to choose between two evils, and many voted for Obama out of ignorance. The same cannot be said today. We, as a nation, were given an eye-opening four years of history lessons, followed up by a clear choice between one very wicked man and one very righteous man, both of whose track records are now widely known. And we elected the very wicked man. We stood under the light of the noonday sun and insisted it was midnight. And now we have midnight.

As for the nuclear detonation on U.S. soil, I also think it will happen. We are in a time of "firsts" wherein we will see many events among the forces of nature and the operations of God and of man for the first time ever.

I am reminded of Alma and Amulek, when they were about to exercise the priesthood to intervene when the wicked were throwing innocent people, including women and children, into the fire. The Lord, in that specific case, instructed Alma and Amulek not to intervene. The righteous will be received unto God, and the judgments of God against the wicked will be fully justified.

Of course, we will continue to do all we can to uphold every shred of good left in America, but we do so with the knowledge that the judgments of God are being poured out against the wicked, and indeed, this election and its aftermath are among the judgments of God being poured out upon the heads of the wicked. The wicked will fall into the pit they have dug for the righteous, and they just dug that pit a lot deeper.

I also foresee a physical separation of those who are loyal to the constitution from the rest of the socialist society that now grips our country. Perhaps Romney will become the true president of what I call Constitutional America. At present, Constitutional America is the unorganized mass of individuals scattered throughout the land who individually uphold the Constitution. Soon, it will be the physical gathering of many of those individuals, organized and lead by a righteous leader, most likely a priesthood holder who is worthy to exercise the priesthood. This could be part of the greater gathering of Israel, and a catalyst to the fulfillment of related prophecies.

I wonder if a nuclear detonation will be the trigger that sets in motion the physical separation, or if a nuclear detonation will occur after the separation, and affect mostly the wicked. A thought just occurred to me. Perhaps the point of detonation will be among a body of the righteous, instantly and painlessly vaporizing a host of the righteous, who of course are received into a state of rest and mercy, but the surrounding wicked are left to agonize in the fallout for years to come. That would literally be a repeat of the Alma and Amulek scenario. The Book of Mormon was indeed written for our day.

Response to my response:

I think a nuclear blast in the midst of the righteous is a possibility. But more probably several will occur among the populated "Gomorrahs" on the coasts, thus driving the righteous and honest-in-heart inland, and many saints to the Center Place.

I agree with you about "Constitutional America."

I listen to "pun-dips" analyze the re-election of BO. Every one seems to miss the truth of the event and its preceding causes: evil just insanely delights in destroying virtue; that's Satan's way. Whoever is caught in that snare will not likely recognize their peril; and alerting them to the danger is impossible in the majority of instances.

But even so, we need to continue in the Lord's work as you say.

My reply to last transmission:

I think you're onto an interesting theory. I had not considered it until you mentioned it.

Interesting how the majority of our Sodoms and Gomorrahs are situated on our coasts. And our coasts are most vulnerable to nuclear attacks, both from domestic perpetrators as well as from ICBM and SLBM launches. Could be the beginning of the saints march to Missouri. I have heard that during that time we will indeed have to walk, and that no wheel will turn. I don't know the source for that statement, but it makes sense. The EMP from multiple coastal nuclear detonations, as well as from several high altitude detonations, would disable nearly all electronics on the mainland. Of course, one massive solar flare could do the same, and Heavenly Father may send one of those before man has a chance to unleash the nuclear scenario.
